Apple Cider Vinegar: 1 tablespoon

Mix all the ingredients well in water and drink it is very useful for weight loss and health.
Cumin and cinnamon drink
Water: 2 glasses
Cumin: 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon: 1 inch piece
Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon
Honey: 1 teaspoon
Put cumin and cinnamon in 2 glasses of water and put it on the stove to boil.
Now strain it, take a glass of water and mix it with lemon juice and honey. It will not only reduce weight but also rid the body of irregular substances.
