PTI MEETING: The march will resume tomorrow from the site of the attack in Wazirabad


Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to resume march from the site of attack on Chairman PTI Imran Khan in Wazirabad yesterday.

A meeting of the central leadership of PTI was held in Lahore under the chairmanship of Imran Khan, in which the overall political situation of the country and the next phase of the Long March were discussed.

In the meeting, Punjab Interior Advisor Umar Sarfraz Cheema informed about the investigation of the attack on Long March so far.

He said in the briefing that more than one attackers targeted Imran Khan during the leadership of the march, the weapons and bullet shells used in the attack have been recovered.

The briefing informed that the material collected from the attack site is being sent for forensics.

In the meeting, the senior leaders decided to continue the long march and said that convoys from across the country would reach Rawalpindi in the third week of November.
