ISLAMABAD: Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah is likely to be discharged from the hospital today.
According to sources, Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah is undergoing treatment at the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC) Rawalpindi.
Interior Ministry sources said that Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah’s condition is improving, Rana Sanaullah is likely to be discharged from the hospital today.
It may be noted that Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan entered the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC) on November 11 for a routine check-up with a cardiologist.
According to the spokesperson of the Ministry of Interior, Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan visited AFIC Rawalpindi on Friday.
The spokesman said that the interior minister had done a routine check-up, Rana Sanaullah was medically examined by cardiologists at the hospital in Rawalpindi.
Home Minister Rana Sanaullah’s message
Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah in his message from AFIC said that I am perfectly fine and well, I came to the hospital for a minor check-up and procedure, there is no need to worry about the pictures.
He said that I am healthy, God willing, I will be with you for half a day, there is no need to rush to the hospital, I will come home by Sunday.
Rana Sanaullah had further said that my friends and loved ones were worried after seeing my picture in the operation theatre. I had a heart surgery a long time ago in 2004. After two or three years, a check-up and procedure is necessary.
On the other hand, Federal Information Minister Maryam Aurangzeb said in a Twitter message that Rana Sanaullah went to AFIC for a routine medical check-up. There is no truth in the speculations regarding the health of the Federal Interior Minister.
