President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi says that the constitution does not allow consultation on the appointment of the Chief of Army Staff, but there is no harm in consultation.
President of the State Dr. Arif Alvi while talking to senior journalists in Lahore said that he is trying to remove the differences between the institutions, talks are going on with the institutions which are effective in improving matters, talk for the stability of democratic institutions. We should talk.
President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi said that the constitution does not allow consultation on the appointment of the Chief of Army Staff, but there is no harm in consultation on the appointment of the Chief of Army Staff, while it is better if the elections are held soon.
In response to a question, Dr. Arif Alvi said, “I keep sending messages, with regard to the federation, there is an effort to ensure that there is unity and that things do not deteriorate. The constitution allows for a vote of confidence, but I am not in this position.”
The President of the State said that he does not work by consulting Imran Khan, Imran Khan is an old friend and considers him as a leader, efforts are being made to improve relations between Imran Khan and the establishment.
He said that the issue has become that there is no trust in the institutions, they put everything on the judiciary but when the decision comes, they do not accept it. So were for trade but we have also taught the world its new use.
In response to a question, Dr. Arif Alvi said that Pakistan does not want to spoil relations with any country, especially big countries. Democracy runs because of institutions and what is wrong with going to elections with reconciliation.
