Contempt of court case, Imran Khan submitted reply – Hum News

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan submitted a reply to the government’s reply in the Supreme Court.

The contempt of court case against Imran Khan was heard in the Supreme Court. In the reply submitted by Imran Khan, it was requested that my reply and documents be made part of the record and I seek permission to submit the jammers documents along with the Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

In the reply, it was said that Babar Awan and Faisal Chaudhary have shown disability to inform me in the reply and the only point in the case is whether I was informed about the court orders or not. Court orders were clearly violated by the administration.

He said that since May 24, workers were under pressure due to violence in Punjab and Islamabad and still did not claim no contact due to jammers. The first answer describes the communication process in the presence of jammers as unrealistic.

Imran Khan said that due to the ban on political activities on electronic media, the use of social media was mandatory and social media activities were being done from different accounts in different places.

He said that I was told that the Supreme Court recognized the constitutional right of me and my supporters to assemble. The decision to go to D Chowk was made as a result of government violence and the decision to go to D Chowk was made before the Supreme Court decision.
