An attack alert has been issued on the famous shrine of Haji Ali in the Indian city of Mumbai, due to which the security of the shrine has been increased.

According to the report of Kashmir Media Service, the famous Muslim Dargah Haji Ali is located in the Indian city of Mumbai, on which an attack alert has been issued.

According to the report, the Mumbai Police received a threat of attack on Dargah Haji Ali at the control room, after which the security of the Dargah has been increased.

The police said that the threatening call was received from Ilhas Nagar, since which the threatening number has been blocked, while threats to attack the dargah have been received before.

Police say that security has been tightened around the shrine.

It should be noted that thousands of devotees visit Haji Ali Dargah every day, while this is not the first time that a holy place of Muslims has been targeted in India.

Earlier in India, there have been bomb blasts in Mecca Masjid in Hyderabad, Dargah in Ajmer and Mali village in which Hindutva extremists were found involved.

Indian Army Lieutenant Colonel Shrikant Purohit was found involved in the 2008 Mali village bombings in which many people were killed and over 100 were injured.
