13 cases filed against Ali Amin Gandapur dismissed


Islamabad High Court has ordered to dismiss 13 out of 15 cases filed against Ali Amin Gandapur in different police stations.

Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri heard Ali Amin Gandapur’s expulsion case petitions. SHOs and investigation officers of different police stations of Islamabad appeared in the court.

The Islamabad High Court has accepted the petition of the PTI leader to dismiss the cases filed after the protest against the election commission’s decision in the long march of May 25.

Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri remarked that give the papers and enter everyone, this is not a method, it is the work of the government, so do it properly, don’t complete the total.

Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri while talking to the police officers remarked that when the High Court takes notice, one should not sleep at night. When we were lawyers, the thought of appearing in court in the morning did not give us sleep.

Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri has expressed his anger on DSP Legal and said that you don’t read these files? If I do an inquiry now, half of the police will be inside. No one reads the files and papers are filed. Not even a simple piece of evidence, the limit is reached, this story does not work in the High Court.

Ali Amin Gandapurne withdrew the pleas of I-Nine and CTD exclusion cases. The court ordered to dismiss 13 cases up to Ali Amin Gandapur.
